Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup. Mix well.
- Stir in the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
